Bayview Builders Supply was located on the north east corner of the highway and Deloume Rd. It was originally built in the 1950s by Slim and Rene Warner. Later it was sold to Bill and Iris Peters who operated it until the early 1970s when they sold the business to Sandor Horvath .

In 2009 Peninsula Co-op Gas & Convenience Centre was constructed.
